Getting to Policy Settings

Open Agents Tab

From main dashboard

Find Remote Agent

Select agent for policy

Open Details

Tap agent card

Tap Auto-Reply

Open policy settings

Configuring the Policy

Customize the auto-reply behavior with these settings:

1. Enable the Policy

Find the Enable Auto-Reply switch at the top

Toggle it ON to activate the policy

Other options remain disabled until this is enabled

2. Set the Timeout

Use the Timeout slider to set wait time

Range: 1 to 120 minutes

Duration displays above slider (e.g., "15 minutes")

3. Choose Auto-Reply Action

Select what happens when the timeout is reached. You must choose one option:

Option A: Canned Response

Send a simple, pre-written text response automatically

Select Send canned response radio button

Enter your message (e.g., "Thank you for your request. I will review it shortly.")

Message sends automatically when timer expires

Option B: Delegate to Agent

Forward request to a local agent for intelligent processing

Select Delegate to in-app agent radio button

Tap dropdown to see available local agents

Select local agent to handle the request

⚠️Only local agents appear in the list. If you have no local agents, this list will be empty.

Managing Your Policy

Saving the Policy

Configure timeout and action

Tap Save Policy button at bottom

Policy is now active for all new requests

Updating the Policy

If policy exists, button shows Update Policy

Make desired changes to settings

Tap button to save changes

Disabling the Policy

Two ways to disable:

Temporarily

Toggle Enable Auto-Reply switch to OFF. Keeps your settings but stops the policy. You can re-enable it later.

Permanently

Tap Disable or Delete button. Completely removes policy configuration. Must set up from scratch if needed again.
